this is gaby. age 19, and one of the most intelligent, funny, most gorgeous girls i know. 2 days ago (12/27/2011), gaby was in a horrible car accident and rolled her car. she was brain dead and on life support, so her parents decided to let her go. gaby was the best friend a girl could have, and she forever changed the way i look at life. this is her facebook profile picture with the caption “relax and take notes.” if i have learned anything from her in the time that i got to spend with her, its to never take anything in life for granted. she lost a very close friend at such age, and now i’ve lost her. watching her cope with such a loss can only make me aspire to one day be as strong as she was. taken from her favorite quotes on facebook, “So maybe you can’t control the wind, but you can adjust the sails.” 
so i am asking you, tumblr, please learn from gaby. chase your dreams, and never take anything in life for granted.

I know I don’t need to tell you that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but you should know that eating a good breakfast full of whole grain gets your metabolism going early in the day (more weightloss anyone?).

Toss the chips, don’t go near your little sister’s fruitsnack-stash, look away from the M&Ms, and try these filling snacks instead.
